Links expire quickly on purpose. Open your library or your order confirmation email and start the download again — a fresh link is generated each time, and re-downloading is free.

First check it downloaded completely — the file size on your disk should match the size on the product page. If it did and it still will not open, tell us which file and we will re-issue it.

Your canvas is probably not 1920×1080. Settings → Video, set both resolutions to 1920x1080, then right-click the source → Transform → Fit to screen.

Source order. In the Sources list the overlay must sit above the webcam — OBS draws top to bottom.

It was probably added as an Image source. Animated files are WEBM and need a Media Source.

Yes. The licence covers commercial streaming including subs, ads and sponsorships. You cannot resell or redistribute the files.
