What you may and may not do with the files you buy.

Use these graphics for one creator or brand — yours — including channels that make money. Do not resell, share or repackage the files themselves.
Everything currently on sale is a Standard pack, and this page describes the Standard licence. Where a product carries different terms, its page says so before you buy.
One creator or brand, across every platform that creator or brand uses — Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Discord, your website, your social accounts. Streaming on five platforms does not mean buying five licences.
A genuinely separate creator, or a separate business brand, needs its own licence.
People who work on your content — an editor, a stream manager, an OBS technician, a designer — may hold and use the files as far as they need to in order to work on your channel. They get no licence of their own: not for themselves, not for their other clients, and they may not pass the files on.
Buying for a client. A designer, agency or stream manager may buy a pack on a client's behalf. The purchase is assigned to that one creator or brand and cannot be reused for another client or kept as an agency library.
Standard packs are finished products. You get the functional adjustments above: what you need to install the artwork and have it sit correctly on your canvas.
They do not include broad creative editing rights. Without a separate licence, do not substantially recolour or redesign the artwork, remix it, pull the underlying illustrations, textures, icons or decorative components out for other design work, or build new asset packs from the pieces.
Those rights are what a Customizable pack is for. Any product sold as one says so on its page, and comes with the editable files and the broader rights to match — still for one creator or brand, and still not for redistribution or resale.
Use the finished assets across your own brand as much as you like. Do not treat the components as general-purpose design elements for unrelated brands, redistribution or resale.
Merchandise rights are not included in a pack. Buying a Standard or Customizable pack does not let you put the artwork on physical products.
Where we offer one for a product, a separate paid Merchandise licence covers physical merchandise for one creator or brand and one design: sold or given away, no unit limit, and print-on-demand fulfilment is fine. A print provider acts for you and gets no rights of its own. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork, and it does not widen anything else in this licence.
Digital merchandise is not available at any price. Do not turn the artwork into wallpapers, printables, themes, digital backgrounds, templates or any other downloadable product — whether you charge for it or give it away free. This is not a gap we intend to fill later. Using the finished assets across your own channels, as described above, is a different thing and is fine.
Under every licence we sell, you may not use these assets to train, fine-tune or build a model, a LoRA, a style model or a dataset — or supply them to anyone else for that purpose.
For a Standard pack you also may not feed the assets into a generative AI tool to make new or derivative artwork. Customizable packs allow AI-assisted editing to produce work that licence already permits, for that one creator or brand.
Do not use the assets for unlawful activity, fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive impersonation, malware, or to infringe anyone else's rights. Do not use them to imply that we sponsor, endorse or are partnered with you, and do not claim authorship of the underlying artwork.
That list is about legality and misrepresentation. We do not vet what you make or what you believe.
The artwork remains the property of OFFLINE-ish. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use it under these terms, for as long as your purchase stands.
Standard packs, Customizable packs and Merchandise licences are non-exclusive — we may licence the same design to other people. If we ever sell something as an Exclusive one-time pack, its page will say so, and it means what it says: once sold it is retired, and we will not resell it, relicense it, or reissue a substantially identical version under another name. Copyright would still stay with us; an exclusive licence is not a transfer of ownership.
A licence ends if the purchase is refunded, or if we end it for a serious breach.
Content you already published stays published. VODs, videos, clips, social posts and other finished content you put out lawfully while the licence was live does not have to come down because the licence later ended. Physical merchandise already made or sold under a valid merchandise licence does not become retroactively unauthorised either.
What ends is new use: no new uploads, no new graphics, no new merchandise, and download access is withdrawn.
The exception is content that is itself the breach. An old stream using the artwork can stay up; a listing redistributing our files does not get to stay up merely because it predates the termination.
For ordinary, accidental or easily corrected problems, we will tell you and give you a chance to put it right.
For serious, deliberate, repeated or uncorrected breaches — piracy, redistribution, reselling the assets, fraudulent licensing, model training, or carrying on after we have asked you to stop — we may end the licence and withdraw access. Ending the licence is not the only thing we could do about a breach.
Commissioned, semi-custom and bespoke work is not covered by this licence. It runs under a separate written project agreement covering rights, exclusivity, portfolio use and confidentiality for that project. We keep copyright unless that agreement expressly says otherwise, and a full buyout is never included by default. Where a project agreement conflicts with this page, the project agreement wins for that project.
All artwork is original vector work generated by our own tools. It contains no stock imagery and no third-party illustration. Lettering is supplied as artwork with the typefaces converted to outlines, so no font software is redistributed with a purchase and no font licence passes to you with it.
Anything supplied under a project agreement may include third-party fonts, plugins or materials, which stay subject to their own licences. That agreement will say so.
We update packs when a platform changes its requirements, or when we fix something. Updates within your update window are free and appear in your library.
The files are provided as they are. Streaming platforms change their requirements without notice; sizes correct at publication may need adjusting later. Tell us and we will normally update the pack.
