The agreement between you and us when you buy.
Last updated 5 Sept 2026
Draft — pending legal review. This document was written to be clear and honest, not by a lawyer. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not legal advice. It must be reviewed before this store accepts payment.
OFFLINE-ish. No limited company has been registered at this time; the business trades under this name. Contact: https://offline-ish.com/support.
Digital graphics files, delivered by download. Nothing physical ships.
Adding items to a cart is not an order. Your order is placed when you complete checkout, and accepted when we confirm payment and release your files. If we cannot accept an order we will refund it in full.
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and include no physical shipping. Any tax is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid.
Download links are issued immediately on confirmed payment and are also emailed to you. Links expire for security; you can always generate a new one from your library or order page. There is a daily download limit per product to prevent abuse — if you hit it legitimately, contact support.
You do not need an account to buy. If you create one, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
Your use of the files is governed by the product licence.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break the licence terms, in which case we may withdraw entitlements obtained by that breach.
We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the change, never retroactively.
To be set once the business is registered — see the pre-launch notice above.
